Need help and opinions with a build

Hi all,
I'm currently playing on an 80 cap pvp server with 300 masteries and i need help to choose a build for a s/s nuker... i've though about full int with 80 bich-fire and 70-70 ice-light on garm...but i'm not sure about it and i'd like to hear ur suggestions too..

Well , create that build (If ch only)
Blade glaive fire light=60
Why did I said that , Blade gives division by the dances , while it isnt exits in force mastery , So you can keep dancing till it comes , Catch your kral glaive , take him to a **** he has never gone

i was planing on doing that build..but firstly i want to a s/s nuker..so keep coming with suggestions xD
