if the 5.***.***.*** ip is set in the srnodetype.ini then i dont know the solution
if hamachi is installed on the dedicated server, then disable hamachi network adapter, then uninstall it.

i guess it is a way to connect server for GMs , just enter your hamachi priveleged ip for 1 time (if you have dynamic ip , it will help you much)

Yes, but Hamachi ***** up everything.
I'm sure that hamachi causes the problem, if it's installed on the root.
if it doesn't work after uninstalled hamachi, spoof agentserver's and gameserver's ip with srpatcher
