[Request]Fix for (c9) error!! Read Please

Hello E-Pvp Memmbers!!!
After long search at google and here in forum for trying find the only reason that make me can not solve error c9 and cant find what the problem.
Server working perfectly at local ip. and i got static ip now , forwarded port 15579 and game started at my pc but netwrok pc cant login with game id after i write the captuare reason is c9 error.
Believe me guys before i post this topic i searched in milion topic about that error, Even i used srPatcher for charnoby and not working also even some member asked him about it and he just ignored them i dont know why, aslo focus please with me "

wanip= puplic ip or static ip as i googled it and checked what it mean
and he wrote "and forward ports "?which ports he mean, never mind i tried to put my ip like this 1.4.4.4:15579 and after i got msg ip is wrong couse ip format now changed.

after some researches one member wrote
"And please help me how i can fix C9 error without hamachi? "

Remove Router and put Switch.. C9 Fix
i removed router and i got no access for internet

Its about your ip forward ..
With loopback adaptor ..
Its easy and hard
