to be honest , there was a server called " osmanli " turk server .. dunno if it is still running or closed for a while / forever .

Theres no offcial 14D yet as far as i know, these weapons/shields are made by the owner or copied from another random guy

Those items are not D14, are from Aion.
There is no D14 released officially yet, everything you see called "D14" is just a copy from other games.

14D was ones degree that came when a guy released the model editing plugin
he faked some weps to make it look like weps from other MMORPGs
look on kSRO, there is not 14D yet(media may contain textures but not defined yet as items)

There are tools to create your own items, so this must be probably be a created item... its hell of a good design though.
