Why Can't I Log In To My Ecsro Fembria Account?
Ok so yesterday around 6:30 am i logged on to Ecsro Fembria for at least 5 mins bc i had to go to school that morning. Then I came back home and around 11:00 am i tried to log on it and it said "User Confirmation Failed, Please Check Your ID or Password again." Why has this happend a day after i recieve my items that i dontated for. I'm not sure if i was banned but i didnt do anything for my char to get banned. I checked the banned list and my char's name or my User name were not on the list i made a new character to ask my guild members if i was banned they also said no. I wasnt hacked because i never give my password out to anyone. Some one please help me.
