androw released the DB ages ago, and it is pretty useless without the files, but that doesnt make him a kid or to make us jealous(im not, to be honest)
also, that pic is not necessarily legit
afaik, the cert is the same as the vSRO just changing the local, cert is owned by Joymax and is not hosted on the server(cert just certifies that the server is legit and allowed, that's why we use an emulator)
