To narrow the search, I'm looking for a decent, balanced & populated PVP server with caps no higher than 110 and no lower than 80, so no ****** 120+ caps please. I would like you to post your favourite PVP servers with an explanation why it would be the best candidate to start playing.
I also agree with cap 80. I think it should have blocked ips so it's only english/german speaking players, and have a lot of ingame events such as guild wars, jobbing and so on. My reason for this is to bring back the old memories from Silkroad, before all of the files were released.

What kind of IPs do you want to block? I hope you know there are people in Turkey, Egypt and alike that speak way better english than you and are probably even friendlier? Blocking IPs is certainly not the way to go, and if you want a solely english speaking server, you will need to block german IPs too

all joking aside, I do agree that there are the majority of turkish people who are genuine people, but the other 10-20% are just spammers, and trollers

I agree that there are a lot of annoying people from Turkey, but unfortunately you have those kind of players from any country. Being from England does not really matter, English is my 3rd language, yet there are English people who are a lot worse than me, hmmm

We could run a secondary business of a blued contact linses and blonde hair dye shop and demand a live cam approval of every registration.
Thus we could fund our overall server expenses with ease - doesn't that sound like a perfect plan?

Nope, sorry, it's you who didn't understand. Why would I learn Turkish or Egyptian? I don't need to, because I already know the language that the world uses to communicate with any other nation over the internet. Now, when we take turks/egys into consideration, their language is sufficient for their countries & immigrants(who speak their language anywhere else aside from their original countries), but when they want to communicate with(for example) Germans, they have to learn English, because it's just the language that the world uses.
