out of wonder, who else has them or is planning making a server out of it, since it bugs me up why someone, completely random, is offering the server(im talking about how legit can it be)

Wouldn't wonder me if those Files are vSRO Files, he just made the SRO-R Systems and trolls us

In the other case it could be that Sammy joined EPVP since as far as I know Sammy is the owner of Ex.SRO-R and in that case, that Guy who opened in the Thread in the Main Private SRO Section has some sort of strange "Engrish" which would fit to him...

the real question is, how come that those real private files go in hands of someone that "random"?

Nobody knows, only those who have these Files.

Though, maybe it got handed to wrong Peoples and they share them to other unknown Peoples. It's like in my case, sometimes I give out some Models (Weapons, Decorative Stuff and so on, had the exact same case that someone claimed that he made those things himself, which is completely wrong at all) and whoops, it spreads like some sort of Virus.

Those who are lucky can stab those with the Files in the back and they basically betrayed them.
This happens quite often since Trusting an unknown Person is never good.

Remember that "Eternal" 60 Cap Only CHN Server? It had a Bow from Aion. If the Client is used by several Servers, the Bow is included in those and it has spreaded around. This is another exact same case.

what it bothers me is that it may be a noob that knows nothing about securing the server, so it gets hacked and files are leaked, which we dont want

if its not an moderator or another high member here on epvp , it doesn't mean that person its random . maybe he had some connection with important ppl in sro scene out of this forum :P

my definition of random user= a user that just arrived to Epvpers FOR THE FIRST TIME and having something that many good members dont have

to be honest:

• New job system
• Timed gameplay(can be removed but lol)
• New Skill system(i feel it makes it too OP)

are not of my interest and Im sure many people dont like them as well

Only reason i would like those files is to avoid converting the new model formats

converting the models takes around 2 seconds if you got a working converter. However, later files are always better, since joymax actively patches the exploits on it, not to mention that the vsro files are files from the testserver, and were never meant to be running full servers

gotta agree, the SRO-R files are more optimized and have more security patches, specially for the kind of DDoS nowadays, I have to admit, that I forgot abous stability over functionality view
