You must make it at DB , And add the roc HP , and add it's HP , SKILLS , etc
there is some uniques which have levels , like Princess , and white knight .

You have to decrease the level from your database which you are using , decrease hp and damage attack/defence .. and you will finish it ^^
If you decrease level only , hp will still 14b or idk what is the roc hp ..

aside, you must edit it on media too, cuz if not, everybody will think it has its original level

Try playing with the database a bit.
