Set the port on server.cfg to the certification port. When you start the cert it tells you what port it is using, just put that port on the server.cfg, where the GlobalManager config starts.

cannot occupy db session : select * from SK_SilkChange_BY_Web
cannot occupy db session : update _Shard set nStatus = 0, nCurrentUserRatio = 0 where nID = 64
and i cant start download server or anything
i hope anyone can help me.
