module patch fail

trying to set autoupdate i create folder inside SMC

C:\SMC\Patch_Internal\Media\server_dep\silkroad\te xtdata

trying to upload gachaitemset.txt which is inside the folder but just getting error
c:\silkroad\temppath\gachaitemset.txt is damaged please try again then error code 7

anyone know how i fix ?

the patch folders shouldn't be in the smc. they should be in the server files

The SMC "ServiceManager.cfg" looks like this:

/*
*/

SMC {	
DivisionManager "127.0.0.1",15880
ApplyAutoStartService 1
}

[B]ModulePatch
{
	SrcPath	".\Patch_Internal"
	DestPath ".\Patch_Internal_Comp"
}[/B]

Which means the main Patch folder is "Patch_Internal" and a sort of backup folder is "Patch_Internal_Comp". These 2 folders must be created in SMC FOLDER !!! and not in the Server Files folder.

@On topic:
You get the error when you try to update the client? If so, check the client folder, you should have there a folder named Temppatch, or something like that. Delete it and try again. Should work after.

How do you think all the servers that I setted up are doing their updates?

You can easily change the ServerManager.cfg, so it doesn't really matter if it's in SMC or ServerFiles or Desktop or C:\ or anywhere else.

Yeah, the folder can be anywhere, juts have to set the patch correctly in ServiceManager.cfg
