Server Manager - Player Management - Event Management and GM Management.

basically an all-in-all Game Master for your server that is actively interacting with your players and creating an enjoyable atmosphere with a real person rather than bots.

I understand that Auto-Events is a must and a really cool feature to add to any server, but coming from a Silkroad player myself, interacting with a real GM, talking to a real GM and winning events from a real GM is a 100% more enjoyable than a bot.

You dont believe me? Do a poll and ask your players and you will see that what im saying is true.

I have over 11 years of Silkroad knowledge and over 7 years as being a server owner and a GM on several HUGE Servers myself, my numbers can prove that i can generate players into the server just from my activity and new ideas implemented into the server's needs.

Managing your staff and your team and making sure we have the right person for the right reason in your server is a duty of mine as well, after all, players are my number 1 priority.
