[Request] A team for my coming soon private server ;)

hey the title is saying it im requesting a team for my coming soon private server, im a good website designer and i have a good host computer:P i can code c# (not sure if its usefull in wow but it is in co) and i love it to run projects so if i go make a private server its going to be a Serious private server, not a server that is offline after a month ;s

My Problem List:
- what is better? a leveling server or a pvp server? -
- how to setup a private server XD! (i know how to setup a co private server) -
- i need [GM]s, [PM]s, [PH]s for the server to help people -
- i need someone that can support the live support 12/7 (i take the other 12/7) -

Hey, haven't you started playing WoW on a live server some days ago?^^
I'd suggest you to look in here for tuts on how to run a private server:

And what kind of server is 'better' is your decision since it's your server.
