i am looking for a stable server, i want to apply for "Event Manager" role.

my experience in SRO: i've been playing sro since 2008 and went through many private servers, so i know the basic stuffs in-game.

my main objective when i become a part of a team: first of all, i would like to help improving the server's population, bringing more activity. there is something i enjoy almost more than playing Silkroad which is supporting people, when i say supporting, i mean in a way of answering to questions with my experience about the game, being a middleman, organizing events, helping the staff, provide suggestions and stuff like that, also reporting to GM's the problems that the players are dealing with.

What/ how many do you need? One skilled pSRO developer/coder who is able to modify hardcoded stuff in the gameserver. Not a copy paster type of developers.
Any special requirements (age, experience)? Age doesn't matter, English.. understandable English for communication is a must.
