i need some help with feature.

I need make a new way to make automatic system for unique:

1- Noticia warning that missing 30 minutes for the start of the event.
2 Summon one unique local and pre set time.
3 News warning that the event began.
4 Wait for the event run time (12h)
5 Missing 30min to complete the event send news reporting it.
6- If the unique summoned die, know that the portal will be closed and that all players at that location will be transported to Hotan.
7 If the players fail to kill the unique, all teleport to Hotan and then kill the unique (no drop equal happens in / mobkill 0).
8 News to report the end of the event.

Prerequisites:
- Only comes into job mode
- Only player level 80+
- Allow entry only in the arena during the event
