I wanna make a poll to see which server cap you guys like the most (60 , 100 , 110 & 120 )
and please post why do you like this cap.
Low rate like old p-servers
Or High like All the p-servers out there now.
I've not seen a Cap 60 server in awhile TBH, and would love to see it. Otherwise I'd choose Level Cap 120, but rather have it like Petra Glory with the Cap of 130.
For Cap 60 you should add low~medium rates, and for any higher cap you definitely should do a medium~high EXP rate.
Please I don't need flame wars here as always say your opinion and go take care of your server ( i think you know what's going with GN )
He's not flaming but he made a LQ(Low Quality) post. On the forums that I'm apart of that would get you an infraction as it has no quality at all. It's like you asked a question and was denied yet you don't know the reason why.
@On topic, you also could probably add some start items like free silk, sp, and random items such as a full time grab pet.
Lol why do people think that for a server to be krall or any good you need free items? These are fails servers where they seem good at first but fail few weeks/months down the line due to not many ppl donating.

If it's a FUN server then that doesn't matter, but if he wants to make a serious server then there should be no silk at all, also with a limited time items which won't help you that much.

Some fun better than join a server 120 - 130 cap,No Something Interesting and high rates = big fail,every kid will be 110 fast that will be very bad
110 Cap with rates 100x with a start items like,
Grab Pet 3 Days [Cannot add in storage or exchange or stall]
5 Reverse [Cannot add in storage or exchange or stall]
Some Scrolls Like [10 Zerk Scrolls - 10 Scrolls Give Str / Int 10 - Speed Scrolls [Or maybe speed scrolls useless because in quest lv 5 you will get a 20 speed scroll]

We are not giving away free silk until we are doing an event or something
we are looking to make a good gaming community for our server.

We are trying to make it balanced as much as possible like original sro version
not like people who wanna just collect more money by adding custom edited avatars and premiums.

You can even add these Items at a Level 60 Cap. Salvation made it to so everyone can use 11D Items at Level 70. Just a bit Editing and everything is possible.
As example Booming Wave from the Bard. You can add Knock Back to the Skill.
Everything over Level 100 = Unbalanced.
You may ask me why i can tell you the difference between 120 - 130.
A Full Sun 12D Set will grant you with 4.000 Phy.Def and 5.000-6.000 Mag.Def.
Also it's possible to get 13.000 Magical Attack as a Wizard [+7 Staff and Life Turnover.]
Now a Full Sun 13D Set will give you 5.000-6.000 Phy.Def and 7.000-8.000 Mag.Def.
A Wizard with a Sun Staff +7 with Life Turnover gets 17.000 Magical Attack.
Also it's possible to One Shoot everything at "PvP". Only Bicheon/Cold/XxXx Build's survives with their Snow Shield.
You should create a 60/70/80/90/100 Cap. You also can add 11D/12D/13D Item's at a 60 Cap. Just that you need to edit these Items so they're like Moon/Sun 7D.
If you plan to create a 60 Cap [Don't know why i write about that] you should Balance Build's out. Like a Wizard shouldn't One Hit a Bicheon/Cold/XxXx Build with Snow Shield.

Well, If he want to make the same idea as 110
First. He must be know in photoshop very good,
Second. He must add a new weapons as rare - legend.
Third. He must add status of weapon.

this is very hard not easy,I disagree with you to copy the same weapons of degree 11d to degree 6 or 12 or 13.
