Creating SoX Items More than +8

anyone know where in the database i edit so can make GM spawn items higher than +8

If you would get a packet opcode/data of that gm command (client -> server), i would be able to find a way. There is a limit not just in procedures, but in gameserver itself, as far as i remember.

ok its just i see commands to make items +225 but max for gm to make is +8 but add elixars can go +10 etc

gm console can ONLY have +8 as max
there is no procedure to change something to edit
the only way to create more than +8 is smc and if you can track packets to edit packet structure and allow higher values

It's easy , all you have to do is go to database , go to SMC EDIT and SMC stuff , find optlvl (8) and change that to (90000) or any number u want , but SMC can only make +100 , anything higher = spawn DC. so watch out.

GM console highest is +8
SMC highest is +12
edit + in DB highest is +250

Anything over +250 will give you instant crash.

I have heard of ppl that get crash on 249 or even +20
also,some have told me that 254 wont give crash

The data limit is 256, so basically after 255, it will return to 0. That is an other question that the DB can't handle it. I found lately a clientless gm console for vsro, and many ppl were suggesting to the developer to add function to create higher plus items than +8. Use search, you may find it out he did it.

i can make +255 in DB ( editing your char items ) BUT you can't drop it using a command

the develper did but he told on thread he need a server to test
in other words, he needs to be gm to test it on client

You must have a GM & Console for it.
For Ex.

/makeitem ITEM_CH_SWORD_10_A 5

Orange - Command
Blue - Item code
Purple - Degree
Green - Grade
Red - Plus value

Why would you want to make an item above +8 anyway? You are a GM, not a showoff(I hope)
