80 for pvp server  8D suns looks pretty nice and that cap is mostly balanced.

Make it only CH, all elixers disabled, Items FB at NPC, 80/90/100 cap only CH

120 cap^^ no elixirs and nova/sun +7 100% blues and stats to npc :P
I just love biechon chars on 120 cap

80/90 caps arent popular, only few people actually like low lvl skills and ugly equipment.
IMO 120 is best, new skills looks awesome, equip is also decent.
We'r tired of 110 same nova looks so don't make it.
Also, can we get more info? Like free silk? Fb items in npc? Pay 2 win?
P.S. in any cap don't forget of cracked mbot and pills bug. To solve that change 12d pills to 9d.

90 pvp server since the first server is 100 cap! Also make FB items at NPC with +7 you can obtain elixirs from BA coins or w/e no monsters in the region, adv elixirs as well obtainable.
Make it an active 90 pvp server

None blader ever killed me while I was playing in 120 cap pvp server.
90 cap is boring. 100 is fine.

100 or 120 should be good for a pvp server.
Never had bad experiences with any build at those caps.
Silkroad-R Blader are overpowered but not vsro/isro ones.

If you make 1 elixir 5 coins and the reward of winning a BA is 5 coins than it's more fun, the ones who can win allot of BA can make +9 since you will fail soooo much to +8 and +9 so.. It's quite balanced still ^_^
Btw this won't take down the ''quality'' of each char since, 1-3 +'es can't make the difference if you know how to play your build..
Since a rogue with +7 can easily rape a warrior with let's say +11

Level cap: undecided
Rates: mid rates
Start with 5 million SP, so you don't have to farm.
