Mmmm hard to decide... IMO 110 cap is quite balanced, because Nova<EGY B is less overpowered than D10 last tier<SUN. Cap 80 also sounds good, might choose that. =)

At 80 cap chinese actually has a chance against euros. On later caps euro is just too strong.
And its just because the HP values are still balanced with the damage. Its still possible to see a rogue 1 hit a full str but its not that easy.
On later caps like 100++ rogues just have too much damage.

90 or 80 cap i voted 90 now because there are not so much servers with 90 cap. Most balanced no alchemy just items in npc. No gold from mobs just from job and for some millions you can buy A grade adv elixir. So you have still job wars.
