SR_gameserver c++ runtime liprary error please help on windows 7 (i download visual c++ 2008 + 2010)

Maybe Win XP Works, Win 7 doesn't work here with 4GB...

well here is a screeny of my problem. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. I haven't come across this error before nor seen any posts up here about it.
