i solved this by photoshop ruler ... Press CTRL+R .. change ruler to Pixels
put the button on the place you want in the launcher ... zoom to 1200% and put your mouse cursor in the top left pixel , Read the ruler and Tdaaaa it is 100% Working

you see?you really need to find out how to do it, since guide wont tell u
i tried other way but ended in failure

thats 100% true .. majority of my Pk2 editing exp was from comparing files to each others and discovering .. maybe guides should put you in the first step.. but you can't take on guides forever.

Reasons:
US launcher is fuckin' ugly. US help files are awful. Korean Rappelz (normal and KTS) have the best help files on any server, and I'd love to translate them and release them.
