Need private sro suggestions

I want to play on private sro server So, I thought, that you guys, could help me with some suggestions.
So what I want from the server?
EXP/SP rate: not more than x150
GOLD/DROP rate: more than x100
NO LAG
Free silk
110-120Cap

hard to find something like that, gold drop rate,NO LAG with free silk, but exp rates under 150... hmmm :/
