Maximal Clients connect?

I wanted to ask if someone can say me where i can setup that only one people can connect 4 clients and after that he cannot connect one client more.

100 ? , he said 4 homie , he means the IP limitation , im pretty sure you can do that with filezilla ;o not completely sure tho , i'll look into it asap.
