CustomSertificationServer - Error at seting vsro files server HELP

i start to set up my own server but at Config, Server.cfg, Certification, CGI_Internal, Open Server Video Tutorial From Pclawz And i make all what he make and at when i need to open CustomSertificationServer i get CustomSertificationServer Stop Work and idk from what is this problem i think its from ip in video he allways put some ip and replace with other and i make what he make the ip is 192.168.2.2 and maybe i dont need to write and replace this 192.168.2.2 maybe i need to write my IP PLS HELP THANKS !!!!!
