there are lots of php scripters such as Dreamweaver and even Notepad++
there are dev tools like Oracle JDeveloper
Also Netbeans IDE works wel, but is more for just scripting rather thant any visual stuff
when i learned php i used Dreamweaver for visual and Netbeans for programming

XAMPP works fine too
also easier to set up for those who want it easy setup

well i prefer to use plesk panel ,,it's too strong to install on a normal system (User system) but it's really awesome got all such a thing u need to host ur website , got mssql and mysql and provide your website with both types of php , php v4 ~ php v5 , also got 3 types of php application like cgi , fastcgi , also isapi , and also read asp , aspx , read html , htm , java (Use .net framwork 2 or 4 as your choice) and more more 
^ _ ^ that's my idea to use plesk and who interest download it with crack from here

after extract winrar u will find php_psakey.dll
Now go to this direct
C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\modules
or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\modules
and replace this php_psakey.dll with the old one

I have been a member of this forum for a while now and I have come across a bit of a problem, I have a very hard time with hacking. I mean, i can do the basics but not much.
I guess I was just wondering how did you guys first figure out how to make your own hacks? Like even the simple ones from vac hacking and zoom hacking all the way to 100% argate hack? How did you figure out all of the codes and everything? Maybe it would help if I could talk to an experienced person one on one. I...
