i need to make offical sro not a free server with a bugs no i wanna sro without bugs like haruki sro and elitesro .

how i can make it and where and how much it

actually his comment is quite correct. 900k might not be true but it costs a lot of money too get a license from joymax and the patches.

Also you probably need to prove that you can host a big server like this with proper security so the files are hard to be hacked.

@messio00 You should contact joymax about this and probably visit them at their headquaters and you'll need a company with a good crew and some very good motivation too host a game like this.

But you can assume that joymax won't give you a license like that so you'll need too create an emulator so you can update the server and add new things.
