Error 'Net error (C4)'

First I'm going to sorry for my English xd.
When I start Silkroad by edxLoader without changing port, Silkroad starts normally, but if I change port (in KDbot 10001) I've got always this error: .
What should help with this error?

I HAVE THE FUC KING SAME PROBLEM -..-!!! AND AFTER 1 FUC KING YEAR STILL NOONE CANT ANSWER AND SOLVE THIS FUC KING!"!! FGUC KING PROBLEM!!

hi, im ussing mbot and i log in like 16 builds and all are working but when i wana open the 17th i got net eror....why? can some1 help me? ty

well here is a screeny of my problem. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. I haven't come across this error before nor seen any posts up here about it.
