Why is there no 80 cap servers T_T

Seriously that used to be like everyone's dream... The only one that I know of is redster but its retarded cos the alchemy drop rates are too low...
I would love an 80 cap server with around 30x(vsro) exp/sp/drop/gold/alchemy/sox/everything ><
Look at isro, all the rates are 1x and its better that way, all the rates should be equal, no dumb 1x gold and 30x exp... so retarded.
The only rate that can be actually increased compared to other rates is sp, cos well farming is a pain in the *** and doesn't really affect other rates as much as for example drop rate does.
I wish there was a server like ZSZC Retro but with all the statuses working.
So vote on the poll and let this be like a petition for someone to make one of these servers.

Personally what I dont like about 80 cap is some good china skills missing and overall ugly equipment.

i think 10d cap is much better. better skills, equipment. i wish there was 10d cap with good rates

there is a very nice cap 70 server out there. Salvation, but with very low rates, i love it :P

Im currently working on 80 Cap Chinese Only but biggest problem is atm removing eu Drops, after that shouldn't be a problem to play

Hmm, I guess a 80cap based server would totally rock out! but without 9dg ofc, i mean, standard default 80cap back at isro hadn't 9dg..

Raiding Lord yarkan with 8dg makes me twinkle :3

No wonder, if someone do that with nice rates with normal alchemy of course, and only chinese, I'll go play there. Delirium said everything I wanted ;p RedSter kinda s.ucks, alchemy rate is lowered I bet, only premiums people getting something. I don't want a server where only donator players can get great stuff. anyway ;p and I'm btw soo tired to look for a good server, there're 98% of them hosted by newbies, no proffesionnal around...
