Why is there no 80 cap servers T_T

Well, wanna know why exactly none will open 80 cap servers? for some simple reasons:

1) It's haven't any finance advantage or so.
2) If 5% of SRO population wants to play cap80 then it wont be profitable for me the server owner which pays about 300 ~ 500 EU a month for dual root servers.

Anyways...
