class-sro online or off line

iam sorry about this topic but i don't fined any topic for class online

now i want to know if the server on or off

i down load the update form this site

and when i open the silkroad.exe i get this error

iam w8ing for answer then close the topic

Start -> Run -> cmd -> ping 141.105.67.43 -> Enter

If you get "Request timed out." it is offline.

is class sro Closed Forever ? Ive been trying to join class sro for 2 days after they said that server must restart to kick afkers and then u would be able to join easier ...but on Sroinfo it says server is online and when i type id on cmd it is online it doesnot say request timed out anyone help? only i got this fcking thing?
