Who said his going to use windows server? The way he talks and ask for help is epic and most likely he will give up. Oh and there are other ways of using programs like hydra, or custom made to bring his server down.

- Cant quarantee all of those files are original, but well, thats the "most original stuff" I could find... lol.
This is NOT a emulator - those are really official server files from vietnam game servers.
Some files might be infected with Ramnit virus (also, might have some false positives). It is pretty well explained here:

So this Topic to the guys Who download the Files and can't make them work
please Don't ask for the help don't do the same with ( asking about vsro files )
