vSro Ports?

2) The serverfiles supports localhost ?

doesn't support localhost (127.0.0.1) but you can play on your router's ip (192.168.x.x) or hamachi

after changing the ports still getting Failed Cert on Gamerserver and ShardManager

the ports actually doesnt really matter, you can configure them as you like, but you need to change them also in cert server.
