So running private servers won't get you sued, but releasing the files will? Go to a public wifi zone, upload files and share no way you can be traced. Have you noticed Swsro, mysro, sjsro, esro, emulators, never get sued by Joymax, although i bet they knew about them before they were released on epvp. Making money off of Joymax's work doesn't contemplate being sued, yet the simple act of sharing it does?

As Colb said the legal system protects us just as much as it does Joymax, the reason no one but ECSRO has been sued is because none of us know who runs those servers are, who is that 1 guy out of the billion in china(if it is there) that runs swsro? It's simple dont publish who you are online and you will never get caught.
