You need the client of Isro FULL UPDATED
Just use the MediaPatcher (

And patch your media.pk2 with iSro IP , than open iSilkroad and let it update.
When the update is finished , just change the ip for the GrindRoad one and start Silkroad.EXE

it's open between 20:00 and 22:00 only(gmt+3), sometimes it stays open for a bit longer
