Help , DirectX 9 Preoblem [Windows XP SP2]

I have tried to reinstall directx 9 but it dosent work .. , I have already DirectX 10 and its ask from me 9 i have tried to change run as option in laucnher .. To windows 98 / Windows me .. And again dosent work for me.

Please help guys i really really want play this pserver.

That error its a problem of the ****** Windows vista the compatibility its not work ... so u must click whit the rigt click of the mouse in silkroad.exe in propieties/comatibility change it to windows xp , sry if u dont understand but im can't expalin it better couse im dont rember how is it but im think its doing that Pls Thanks if im helped u ^^

Im understood it , But listen i have Windows XP Sp 2 and it give me that problem ... Maybe cuz i installed DirectX 10 ?,,,
