FPS LAG

Ok. I have strange problem. In silkroad i got fps lag. My fps is jumping arround 50-120 fps and every 2 or 1 second freeze. So jump-jump-freeeze-jump-jump-freeeze... and always same. I run windows 7 and got compatibiliti mode for win xp(sp2). Any solution?

Turn off compatibility mode, same thing was happening to me for weeks and I never figured it out until recently.
Mine would freeze every now and then and it would become more frequent until it froze completely, turned off compatibility mode and its works no problems.

If i turn off compatibility mode off then sro window just close at champion select when i press start. I must start in compatibility mode because in other way dont work.

I just installed dx9 to windows 7 and still dont work. I got fps lag too.
