its better to let 1 topic stay alive, otherwise you have alot of spamming threads.
with 1 topic alive people will spam like usual, if people go waaay to offtopic, people can report them(report button) and mods can handle it.

its the best option, esro wont go away, the threads will popup like goldbots in jangan if you guys close esro threads forever. its the same like the 'ibot' threads before they were allowed in epvp

Whole eSRO shouldn't be punished just for few units that did break the rules continously. People should be given a second chance,but only those who really deserve one.

However,those who hated will hate either way,so you're kinda right but not 100%.
