For Vista
For that you will need to go to Control Panel > User Accounts and Family Safety > User Accounts and there click Turn User Account Control on or off. Unselect Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer option and click OK. That’s it. Now try to register your DLLs and you would be able to do that without any hiccups.

For XP / Vista / 7
Also there is shortcut method to do that from command line -
Start/run/cmd
Disable UAC:

C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /k %windir%\System32\reg.exe

ADD HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Pol icies\System /v EnableLUA /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

Enable UAC:

C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /k %windir%\System32\reg.exe

ADD HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Pol icies\System /v EnableLUA /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

Reboot your system and you are done.

And if you are getting this error while registering your DLLs -

The module REGSVR32 “C:\Program Files\xxx.dll? failed to load.

Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .DLL files.

The specified module couldn’t be found.
(I don’t know why that extra dot in the end – may be UI bug from Vista team!)
It means you are not giving proper path. Try to correct the path for your DLL and you will be able to register it.

1st Step.

Go in to “Needed OCX Files” folder.
Right click and copy the following files.

VbEcplipse.ocx navigate to C:Windows\system32
comctl32.ocx navigate to C:Windows\system32
comdlg32.ocx navigate to C:Windows\system32

Right Click inside the folder, click Paste.

2nd Step.

Click Start button on your desktop.
Go to “Run”, click it, a box will appear where you can type.

Copy each line, and paste it in to run, then press enter.

0 Make sure your naber not steal your conection

4 If you use eany Antyvirus/firewall Turn it oFF
5 For some antyviruses need to uninstal it (but try add sro/edx/ibot before uninstal)

2 to Primary add Only Buffs from 1st wepon if you use some

4 dont add same buff to Secondary/Primary as imblue
5 unlock " always on" in bouth
6 dont event think to select "wepon check agin"
7 select "use normal atack" if you think you need it (at taxi/farm low lvl mobs)
8 Sequence adding skilz is important (take care of daly skilz time to get best efect)

The Error C9 is becuse of transfer of packet wich sro is sending to us when we try to conect whit low internet speed OR we ar take them by Loaders/bots/clients (not create by sro/ profesional-compatibil stuff to game) and its make the packet not transfer directly to your silkroad game, also they a bit "lost" what make the conection whit server go down... wut give us C9 error
Also dont lisen 30000k noobs what say on this problem : "Reinstal sro, instal labiry 2000 etc etc...

We cant do much to help the packet's coz we use "stuff"
but ! here is my solution :

Make sure you dont dowload nuthink at your pc and if you share internet to difrent cpu check them out 2.
1. Turn off antyvir and every proces wich have conetion to internet and you not need him right now.
2. Thouse packet's ar geting lost when ping is geting higer then 200 also we need to help them /Press on Louncher silkroad link to web site/ go manualy to joymax./silkroad.com put your id and pw to log on panel and in one time Run Sro and Press Log in at Sro website if he log in before sro start up press refresh till silk turn on. \Be Bless

Getting runtime errors after selecting your character
- You can help me solve the problem by ticking the "Log Data" before you select your character or before you login
- It will generate "Log Files" in your iBot Folder
- Now, wait till you get the runtime error
- Close iBot then, upload All the "Log Files" and post the DL link here or you can send it to me here

- If I can spot the problem then it will be fix, hopefully on the next updates.

Getting runtime errors when going to CTF
- Sorry, iBot is build for botting not for CTF
- You can either not go to CTF or dont use iBot when going to CTF

- Be sure you dont have an active quests.
- Be sure you dont have an item that is rarely seen. (Ex. Event items)

The first error image before hand where I showed you regarding the error message with insufficient memory occured actually after I run several Ibot like 8 clientless if I've not mistaken. After I leave the clientless on for some time, when I wanted to launch the 9th clientless, it gave me that error. So I changed all the virtual memory but it doesn't help so at this moment I'm sticking to 6-7 clientless.

On the other hand, after I launch that 6-7 clientless, when I open a mixture of other programs like adobe pdf, microsoft word/excel and etc, sometimes it just wont launch and give me some error message. However, if I close like one of my clientless, the program worked like a charm again. I guess its something to really do with my memory. I just wanted to do my stuff at the same time using Ibot as well.

PS: I'm running on windows xp 32bit with 1gig ram and at the same time having this configuration for my virtual memory.
C: 2gig where silkroad folder is.
D: 1.5gig where its just normal documents i stuff in.
E: 1.5gig where ibot is located.

Also i must say 1gb ram is not much but shuld be enuch for sro+clients also i dont know wich DDR-ram u use DDR2 or 3 or 1 but let us get more from it and we gona see

hello guys, for those who are using ibot until this date 2012FEB21 please reply. This is not my 1st time nor 2nd time using ibot but the last time i'ved use this hack was way way back 2011 of February. This ibot patch made me confuse because it's totally different from the old ibot program that i used to be (i've stopped for almost a year plaing iSRO that is why i forgot this already). I did a research a lot on this ibot hack 3days ago on how to install and hook in the iSRO but until now i failed to figure out what is wrong with it. Following the steps on youtube, some threads in this website but still it doesn't work... This what i did after i downloaded the ibot newest patch (feb14) on my PC: 1st i extract the edxloader, hackshield server, media patcher, ocx patcher,vc runtime 2008 directly on the folder Silkroad then i install java updates online,OCX files in the folder SystemWOW64 on drive C: since im using windows7 OS... i tried to run RUN SRO Hackshield click the client launcher but then when i log in my username / password there are no SERVERS displayed. Did i missed something to it???

Is there any videos showing how to utilize the newly configured files?
It seems I fail at launching silkroad at SRO Hackshield. Silkroad.exe will not launch.
The Youtube videos that shows how to install Ibot from earlier versions which has now changed.
I have reinstalled Silkroad 6 times now for a clean Ibot install to no avail. Getting frustrated.
Edxsilkroadloader5 shows Ports 15779 where as the Hackshield shows port 15778. I have also tried edxsilkroadloader6.
It can't be this hard to install a bot.
I have researched videos and spent hours googling for an answer. All videos at Youtube are outdated. There is one concerning Ibot 1.1.35 but I don't understand that language.
Please help.

I am stuck at this point since my silkroad.exe will not launch and hackshield is stuck on "Connecting to server....."
As soon as hackshield is active I cannot launch silkroad.exe.
All it does when I launch silkroad.exe is shows signs of launching ( pointer shows hour glass for about a second then......nothing.
No error messages, no nothing.
Been working on this for a few days and done a boatload of research plus follow guidelines from here to no avail.
My silkroad.exe file is in D:/Program Files/Silkroad ( using XP)
As you can see both AVG and Firewall was turned off.
Please help an old man :-)
I am pretty sure it is something small and stupid I did or didn't do...lol

Update: Now Silkroad launcher will not start at all and will have to be reinstalled for the ninth time, just checked. Just a FYI if somebody can help.

Running clientless.

Only one problem, Flow piercing force activates like it should but grass walk don't.
I got them both on "Buff Skills" tab on primary and checked "always on"
Can somebody help and tell me where to place grass walk skill so it will reactivate when needed or point me to a tutorial ( english speaking)

Well, got clientless ibot working like a charm but only have 1 problem left.
I can invite my other char but auto exp share is off so no party monster will spawn.
How can I set it for auto exp share on so party monsters will appear?
With party auto exp share is off no party monsters will spawn.

Yes you do! the ip that is shown in your hackshield.bat must be the ip in your R_iphs in your init folder.
or..
start the game, w8 till its in your inlog screen. alt-tab then start ibot and the loader6

Ok now i can start the game and the bot aswell but after a few sec around 20-30s i get an dc :S but no error msg or something Status log *Disconnected from Server" anyone know what to do with that problem ?:/
