I have finished finally my Tool
Now no bugs will exist, else you can tell me it here.
This tool won't be useful for Windows7 User ^^

You could use the SetWindowTextA API function located in the user32.dll library.

if he compiled it for x86 it will work on xp and better.

You have in Windows7 only Icons xD So you doesn't need it
