so i fallowed all the steps and did everything right but im having an issue when i open ibot it says HS server maybe busy or down.

Also i noticed in my cmd.exe it just stays on waiting for client...

are u using ibot + client or ibot + clientless??

in case of ibot + client , are u using VMWare or VirtualBox ??
I got the same issue when i was using VirtualBox and it got solved by VMWare

When you open iBot, it must say "HS Sucessfully connected", otherwise wont work never.

Be sure to:

> Run the HS Server inside a virtual machine (vmware)

> Configure the iphs file in your real machine.

Please read my thread again, its all correct and iBot is working for me. You did something wrong.

Hello ! First of all thanks for the guide but i'm having a problem and i would apreciate if you know if there is any way to solve it .
I completed all the steps untill step 6, and it was all ok, but when i click "connect" in ibot, i get a message below saying " Old clientless version...please update it inside init folder " and init folder has nothing but 4 read only files... thanks in advance

EDIT :
Solved it, i just had to change de rsro version to 79

u mean 46? in ibot folder.. init folder..version document..
P.S. 79 and 46 are pretty ease to misswrite from numpad

- Run Hackshield
- Run iBot
- Exit iSro
- Run edxSilkroadLoader
- Launch
- Now i can Login!! But click on Char and Start, Client crashes.
venom30.. i`ve got the same problem here .... dunno how to fix it

in the video..the second one there isnt shown what happens after u launch the edxsilkroadloader6...i`ll tell u what really happens.. u log in sellect u`r char..click start and u get DCed....AWESOME!

When I login to game, select my character press start I get disconnected and In my ibot last message is parsing character info data. Can any1 help me with this? I've done all correctly

Bro... are you talking about OCX files!? Yes I talked about it on my thread.

Look inside iBot folder... then iBot_Necessities and then iBot - OCX Files.

There is your problem! mswinscn.OCX is there! Just open as administrator the version for your system (x32 / x64)

That video is old. It was a different way to run iBot. Didnt need virtual machine.

Now tell me one thing: do you really think I would be helping a lot of people here everyday if iBot is not working!?!?

Now let me tell you... I probably know how to fix your problem, but as I guess you are very smart so you can find it alone.

You get DISCONNECTED, or you get SRO Crash (closes)??

If its crash... then you are trying to run HS Server and Client in same machine.

Understand bro... without Virtual machine or other computer, you can only run iBot clientless (NO CLIENT, ONLY BOT).

If you have a virtual machine inside your pc, you can can run iBot + Client following the "iBot + Client" part in my thread.

I fixed it by placing the needed file in system 32 map. After that just follow the next steps:

Note: This needs to be run with administrator permissions

1. Click Start, type cmd.

2. Right-click the cmd icon, and then click Run as Administrator.

3. At the command prompt, type regsvr32 mswinsck.ocx, and then press ENTER. I had to do this to al files from the ...\iBot_Necessities\iBot - OCX Files
