my problem is that i have buy a account a few mothns ago, and i have get the userdata for the licence too, now i will buy credits fpr captcha, and i cant buy because i have forgot the userdata and have a new computer

so make new account on profibot.net. your captchas don't have to be on same account as license all goes about this 'secret key'

if no you can only wait till license expire and then buy new on new profibot.net account
also you can use this:
I think that it's the best way to solve captchas in your situation

i bought 5 month license 2 weeks ago.. my dumbass didnt check the galaxy gate option when buying so i dont have access to that function.. i message support every day since to see if they can just add that option and/or i buy that option and i get no response.. i am fed up with these guys.. if there is someone who knows how to unlock that part of the program that would be a big help..
also i have downloaded valhalla exim solely for the gg option but i have not test it out because i dont...
