Well i tried the codes that someone else posted on the forums but they didnt work.. but i found them out myself and thought other people might need them..
"Inject","745A","65020000" << selects the teleporter
"Inject","7495","650200000217000000" <<< teleports to south roc
"Inject","7495","650200000216000000" <<< teleports to North Roc
