I recomend you to unistall al you have made if it works whorse, and try to buy better computer, or change your graphics card.
In the direct acces to your game Right click on it and select properties, compatibility and check the box compatibility mode make it for win 98 and me, its work for me when a game give me problems, whit this i have a fix lot of problems whiit others games, do this if you have win xp
