[Pk2Edit]New Fire Effect.
Hello e*pvp,today i will show you a new fire effect.
First Downloads:
Steps:
Open The Pk2 Editor.
-Import The itemrare to the media.this file is for D13 if you want to add the effect to any other Degree just change the first codes to the codes you want.
Now Particles->you have to it manually.
Done

Still that Fire Effects doesn't look good. Hell, I expected some Blue/Purple Flames coming straight out of the Sword and not going in the direction where the Sword points...
(Fire isn't always Red, you can throw some Chemical things into the Flame and it becomes Green)

Im not sure, but this is fire effect that never got implented, so i made it implented ;D
So this is new look for spell 'fire' :)
i can make blue one for spell 'thunder' if anyone wants..
IF YOU WANT RED ONE, IGNORE PART 1, and MOVE STRAIGHT TO 2, IF YOU WANT BLACK ONE, YOU NEED TO DO 1 & 2
1. Download This and insert WHOLE folder into Conquer > c3 > effect, if it asks for overwrite, then overwrite
2. Insert to Conquer Folder > ini (overwrite the original one)
