There are way more Ong plvl spots, just dont be lazy and try to search..

i didnt knew the spots in roc, because i never powerlvled there.
But i would say there does many spots missing i know.
Some even more safe.

How ironic. I look at a tutorial for plvl spots and someone tells me to go look for them myself. What the hell do you think the purpose of tutorials are if everyone should just go and figure out for themselves?

thats kinda the idea.. learn from the tutorial and be able to go and do it yourself.. usually happens in all tutorials/.. but i do agree a little.. o and thanks for the tutorial tho i can't exactly powerlevel since i am too lazy to even get lvl 35 :P
