you configure IP is incorrect

original IP: 121.254.153.58:15779

you should find Settings_Ip.ini in the both of Folder" GameServer/Setting " and " LoginServer/Setting".Then you fix it to 127.0.0.1
If you have problem again, you check in database : Silk\Tables\dbo.server
and change IP to 127.0.0.1

Sorry but please don't say something if you don't know what you are talking about.
The original IP is the IP before it gets overwritten (in memory), here it is 121.254.153.58.
You get that IP when you resolve gwgt1.silkroadonline.co.kr (first kSRO hostname).

Anyways, his launcher looks O.K.
