Solveing system errors with arcane project

It should be:

[SERVER_CONFIG]
ip=127.0.0.1

for me the skill speed is to fast

u will find

if ip = any other ip try to change it to 127.0.0.1

what is ur Spawnrate ?
the max should be 3 (Spawnrate=3) , if u make the rate more than 3 u will have many lag like what u have ...
