Help need to know what happened to my GameServer it and open it once but it was light when I turned on my computer and got this error not to do

u have already gameserver runned look
or maybe you have putted high rates

Go to mssql and then dbo.server table and put ip 127.0.0.1
and make sure no errors appear in login&game server
