Static IP - Failed to Patch Error 2

Hello epvp community. Recently I managed to set up CSRO R server for me and my friends on a static IP. Our problem is I can log in game on host machine but my friends cant login on their PCs. Client opens they enter ID PW but it gives C9 Error. What should I do?

Any help will be much appreciated Thank you in advance.

Open agent port in the firewall.

I already planning to make a full guide about CSRO, I will put all I know to it.
