Or no
and im need to know how to connect to server and know information
for states

well,you can,I guess but you'd have to work with sockets,packets,etc..so I guess it's better to use some other languages

Drew wrote a clientless login tool with AU3, using his simple proxy.
You could adapt this to just grab server capacity.

yep, and as all his tools are, it's open source so it wouldn't be more than a couple of minutes to just edit out all other stuff, besides updating it though
